
A co-founder of Vestige, Damon has over 20 years experience working with computers. For more than 15 years, he has worked in industry or consulted to businesses on big-picture IT Management issues, as well as deeply technical issues. His foundation as a programmer/developer, formal training in IT, as well as years of experience working with businesses gives him an extremely deep understanding of a multitude of issues that arise on the computer.
His development experience gives him a deep understanding of how data is stored, and where it is stored, which gives him a distinct advantage when considering how Computer Forensics can be used to obtain the evidence.
Since 2001, Damon has been involved in the computer forensics field. He has developed the techniques and procedures that protect and preserve the evidence, allowing its admissibility in courts, as well as performing the actual analyses on cases. He has testified in County as well as Federal court and has been recognized as an Expert in Computer Forensics under Federal Rules of Evidence 702. He is a member of the High Tech Crime Network (HTCN) and stays active in several Computer Forensic-only message boards.
In addition, he is a sought-after speaker on the topic of Computer Forensics and has given presentations and been part of expert panels within the region, including presentations to several Professional Associations (legal, accounting and others), in the Information Security area, as well as seminars to area attorneys and law firms. He has also been published a number of times on topics relating to Computer Forensics as well as other Technology related subjects.
Before joining Vestige, Damon successfully started from the ground up F1, Ltd., a full-service IT solutions provider and before that was a Sr. Consultant at Medical Life Insurance Company and a department manager at Case Western Reserve University.

A co-founder of Vestige, Don has been providing criminal defense lawyers and civil litigation attorneys with the legal expertise and Computer Forensic techniques and expertise to extract, preserve, analyze and present evidentiary data contained on electronic media which would help attorneys with their cases.
Don has been involved in the testing and validating of Computer Forensic tools, testing Law Enforcement forensic tools for accuracy and reliability to satisfy Daubert requirements for admissibility of scientific data as evidence. This included establishing testing protocols as well as being active in professional associations devoted to Computer Forensics, including: CASPR_ITCRIME Workgroup and Computer Forensic Tool Testing (CFTT).
Don is an avid speaker on the topic of Computer Forensics and provides seminars to the area Bar Associations, as well as Cuyahoga Community College and statewide Bar Associations. In addition, he has been published in numerous periodicals on the subject.
Don comes to us from his own company, Computer Investigation and Evidence, Inc. which he had founded and grew to be one of the top computer forensic firms in Ohio. Don previously was a founder of an insurance company and before that a partner with the firm of Baker & Hostetler.

A co-founder of Vestige, Greg has been involved in the computer forensics field since 2000. He has been responsible for the creation of Vestige's infrastructure and continues to oversee the process of standardizing and streamlining Vestige's forensic analysis to provide consistent high-quality results in a timely basis.
Greg has written several articles and has been published in industry authoritative publications, such as TechRepublic, including "their Administrators Guide to Disaster Planning & Recovery".
Greg joined with Damon Hacker in 1998 to found F1, Ltd., and was in charge of its infrastructure as well as internal procedures for servicing F1's clients. Other responsibilities included managing F1's team of engineers and providing consulting services to F1's clients.
Greg previously was a consultant with the consulting firm of Ernst & Young, LLP and prior to that a developer with Dixie Narco where one of his responsibilities was to create automated test beds for their embedded controls.

Jennifer has been instrumental in standardizing Vestige's services to its clients. Jennifer is responsible for the fine-tuning and documenting of internal procedures and has worked to provider quicker turnaround to engagements, higher quality of deliverables and better communication to clients and referral sources.
Jennifer comes to Vestige from Frito Lay where she was part of the managment team for their manufacturing division. She was responsible for overseeing their operations and in charge of their line workers. She received various achievement awards for innvovations she instituted in her division which had effects throughout the company. Her focus on standardization, measurements and team-approach to managing allowed the department to go from one of the worst performing units prior to her involvement to one that was being recognized as the best performing unit within the facility.
