Vestige always turns over data we find to the producing party allowing them to redact anything that may be considered client confidential information. We then turn over the resulting data to the opposing side. This process occurs regardless of whether we are analyzing your client's data or the opposing side’s data. When retained by you, the attorney, Vestige is acting as an agent for you and is therefore bound by the client attorney relationship including the protecting of attorney client privileged information.
