Impacting Your Case with ESI & Cellular Investigations

Attorneys will learn why ESI and cellular analysis is important. Vestige will go over a cellular tower case study, showing how location data can be used, along with the process of collecting email and cloud accounts. The presentation will also cover the volatility of electronic evidence and the need to collect it, as soon as possible. A demonstration on location mapping from social media applications is also included.

Trial lawyer, Jersey Green, has four decades of experience. He is a commercial litigator, family law, and tax and estate attorney based in Centennial, Colorado.

A former detective, Mr. Green is detailed, intuitive, and artful in his case preparation and trial presentation. He began his career as a lawyer involved in complex litigation matters in cases concerning white collar criminal defense, securities fraud, medical malpractice, product liability, business litigation, and personal injury. His case portfolio often includes cases involving construction, real estate, trusts and estates, and other complex matters. Because of the nature of the firm's clientele, Mr. Green also handles a substantial number of employment related cases and has a special interest in employment discrimination, trade secrets, and covenants not to compete. In the representation of his clients, Mr. Green is able to draw upon many skill sets because of his diverse litigation experience as well as the judgment and wisdom, which come from such varied experience.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland in College Park, MD. Jersey went on to earn a Juris Doctorate degree from Syracuse University College of Law, in Syracuse, New York. He is admitted to the practice of law in Colorado and Wyoming.
