Testimony at Trial or in Deposition

While not a significant part of Vestige’s Digital Forensics practice, our Digital Forensic Analysts have been admitted as Experts (FRE 702) and have provided Expert Testimony in support of our Expert Opinions in more than 100 matters.  And while this represents a small percentage of the matters that we are engaged in, we prepare every matter as if it is going to require testimony at trial.  By following stringent processes (procedures that meet or exceed the US Department of Justice’s Guidelines for the Searching and Seizure of Electronic Evidence), you can be ensured that in the event that your matter requires testimony, Vestige is well positioned to provide that expertise.

Vestige Experts undergo training in support of testimony, subjected to, peer-review of findings and reports, and are continually keeping their expertise sharp through continuing education requirements, certifications relevant to Digital Forensics and a commitment to continued research and professional development.
